Postponed, cancelled, online talks, postponed, new dates, online at home conventions, new dates, cancelled etc.

These words we all hear the last few months a lot, we all are at home to stay safe and healthy. This when a lot of things where planned, where you could see your friends (again), meeting actors, making memories and more. The start of 2020 is different than we all had planned. Because of the worldwide pandemic everyone is stuck in their own country, in their own house. Conventions (and other events) are cancelled or postponed. At the same time the organisations of conventions make sitting at home a little better with the “online at home conventions”, different Zoom meetings etc. But also the actors of different shows try to make the best of sitting at home: they participate in these “at home conventions” the Zoom meetings, but they also do more Instagram live video’s.

In a time like this, everyone tries to stay positive and to cheer their self and others up. We all do what we can at home! Nobody said it will be easy, but we all are still connected thanks to social media. We just have stay in touch with each other and to stay safe. And together we can survive this, so we will soon see each other back in real life!
