Let’s go back to March 2017, I never heard before about conventions. Maybe it was because I wasn’t that long in a worldwide fandom, or the fact I didn’t search/read about these kind of events.

But than something changed, I heard at the radio something about an event in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht (a city here in The Netherlands), where people who love films, tv shows, games, reading etc from the country and other country’s are coming to. So after this radio commercial I searched the event at the internet, and so I came at the site of Dutch Comic Con.

I start reading their site, and watched some little video’s they already post. Than I clicked the button ‘guests’ and saw the different guests who already came to the spring edition of Dutch Comic Con. So I also saw that Sean Maguire is there, at that moment I only knew him from the guest list, because I was watching the tv show Once Upon A Time, and I really liked his character (Robin Hood).

After seeing that Sean was going to this edition, I really want to go too. It was also 4 days before the spring edition and there where still entree & photobooth tickets left. So I bought a entree ticket for that Sunday and a photobooth ticket for Sean Maguire.
